Oasis High Rise

Introducing the Oasis High Rise project, a collaborative effort with COT Lab that brings to life the thesis research of our founder, Shuvam Chaudhary. This mixed development project aims to revive the dying community in and around the old abandoned jute industry. With a combination of luxury and affordable (MIG and LIG) housing, retail spaces, community areas, and exhibition spaces, the project acts as a catalyst for a sustainable, diverse, and functioning community both in economic and environmental terms.

The project creates a refreshing community space along the river, promoting the ages-old and proven river transportation that the city was once built upon, as well as preserving the essence of the place while making it more about the experiences and values of the surrounding communities. The old structures are repurposed with care, promoting the use of jute in mainstream and ensuring the preservation of the city's history and heritage.

In addition to our detailed architectural design and renderings, we also created videos and a comprehensive presentation board to showcase the full scope of the project. The presentation board provides an in-depth look at the project's design, its impact on the community, and its role in the revitalization of the city.
